You're in good company...
We're Pros; We Get It
You need more than just Cerakote. You've got deadlines, process requirements, testing and all the paperwork that goes with it. We understand, and in most cases we've got you. Our core leadership team has a combined 60+ years experience in union trades, with positions ranging from Foreman to Superintendent, in industries ranging from nuclear power to high rise construction. Now we're Cerakoters and we bring all that knowledge to this new application. We're on time, done right, 8 for 8 kind of people. So when we got a random phone call asking, "How would you like to get in the rocket business?" we were willing and able, if not entirely ready. (That really happened; you just can't make this stuff up.) We can't promise everything to everyone, but we'll give you honest answers, fair pricing and exemplary work. We'd love the opportunity to do yours; give us a shout for a quote or more info. Ask for Paula.
What's the GCG Difference?
• Faithful adherence to factory prep standards = full adhesion, every time.
• Exacting application to correct mils = full protection + unaffected tolerances
• Using the most conservative techniques = Zero issues from blasting or heating
• Rigorous quality inspections of each piece
• Proven to meet or exceed aerospace standards. Yep, our work is in there somewhere; can't tell you more without violating ITAR.
• Industry leading processes for Cerakoting delicate electronics and high-end optics. Full adhesion, zero damage. You're welcome:)
• Innovations we can't discuss to mask, blast, handle & spray parts ranging from 1/4" long screws to sharpened axes to 80 lb behemoths, en masse and efficiently.
Think About It—Custom Is Our Middle Name.
Each project is unique, and we've got tracking everything down to a science—from the design parameters to every screw and spring in our possession. Whether you want a classic single color, or a five color custom pattern; whether you have 300 matte black toilet levers, a dozen camo ARs or 700 rocket parts—we put the same care into every piece that is hand coated in our shop. We know you have choices, and we work hard to make GCG your clear choice for Cerakote. Beyond the obvious—high quality and professional standards—each part of our process puts you, the customer, first. You'll have a dedicated in-house Project Manager who will work closely with you from start to finish to determine your exact needs, then fill them par excellence.
We're as picky as you are.
We believe if something's worth doing, it's worth doing right. Every item that goes through Cerakote is carefully prepared to exacting standards, professionally coated and cured, then subjected to a rigorous final inspection before being reassembled or packaged for return. We always use the most conservative preparation and curing techniques, even though it takes longer. Our QC staff check for not only obvious flaws, but color brilliance, even tone, and smooth texture. If it doesn't meet our standards, it goes back to the front of the line and is redone until it does. As many times as it takes. When something leaves our shop, we've gone over every square millimeter, and we love it!
We Cerakote everything.
We Cerakote guns, of course. We Cerakote scopes. Oh, and fishing reels, faucets, helmets, golf clubs, sunglasses, tire rims, hard hats, home furnishings, motorcycle & auto parts, flamethrowers (you read that right) and whatever else mostly fits in the oven. We're set up right now for parts up to roughly 200 lb and 25" x 38" x 10" made of anything you can't scratch with a fingernail.
