ROAD TRIP! Neighbors, time to stand up and be counted. Tired of being punished for the lawless acts of others? If Illinois gun owners make this the largest iGold ever, it will send a clear message to those who curtail our rights in a misguided attempt to stop criminals.
To take the sting out of missing a day of work and driving for hours...
This Harley Quinn Cerakote job was kind of fun so we thought we'd share it. The pistol is a Walther P22. The tricky part was splitting the color in half on all parts of the gun, which are coated separately, and having them all line up when assembled. Gotta' say, think we nailed it :)

As Manhattan residents for 16 years who have raised three kids here, we too are surveying with dismay the rapid rise in truck traffic and congestion caused by the freight centers which have opened so far. And we all know it's just begun.
Even worse, we are now hearing reports from friends and neighbors that large numbers of semi's are "cutting through" local residential roads to avoid this new congestion. They roar past groups of school children waiting for their buses—in wanton disregard for speed and weight limits.
Below: Rural Texas county roads are suffering from all the oil and gas truck traffic, prompting demands for action by lawmakers. From The Texas Tribune.
Finally! No more jumping around and oddball solutions, although we appreciate you tenacious types that did it—our customers rock! This was something of a project—assigning CNAME records; coordinating with myriad suppliers' IT Departments; inadvertently destroying our email and restoring it—and finally, carefully reviewing and standardizing our price structure in hundreds of categories. It's done, hurray! We hope you find it easy to use, and like our new lower prices. Some of the high points:
When Ted hit Google one fine Texas evening looking for ways to make his fiery Coonan 357 Mag a little more fun at the range, he happened across "Calming the Coonan" from our wee young days. A few calls and emails later, his own Coonan was on it's way to Manhattan, Illinois for a full metal checkering, front and back.
One of the most gratifying things about opening our shop has been getting to know so many wonderful people! As we have developed relationships, a number of our customers have given us patches from their workplaces. As we placed the last one in the file with our growing collection, it hit us—let's make a shadow box display with them for our new shop!
When we opened a couple years back, we kinda' figured we'd do alright. There are very few local gunsmiths—this is Illinois, after all—and Jeffrey is a good one. But if we had to sum up the past two years in one sentence, it would be, "Wildly successful beyond all expectation." We sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts for that, and every day we work hard to be worthy of such trust and loyalty! As the map shows, we've been getting work from every corner of the US...
